These guidelines pertain to hosts of Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk®

Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk® 객실 예약 방법

1. Host rates and Friends & Family rates are available at Embassy Suites – Waikiki Beach Walk
2. If Host rates and Friends & Family rates are not available for your travel dates, the Best Available Rates will be offered.
3. Request forms will be accepted within (45) days of requested check-in date.
4. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking, up to 7 discounted room nights per room are allowed at the Host rates or Friends & Family rates.
5. Use the following booking links:  
   • For OHG Host rates* click here
     (EMEE rates include complimentary access to the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet and two drink tickets per guest at the nightly evening reception)
   • For OHG Friends and Family rates** click here
     (RELA rates include complimentary access to the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet and two drink tickets per guest at the nightly evening reception)
6. Complete the booking on the website and print out a copy of your reservation confirmation.
7. Complete the OUTRIGGER Employee Reservation Authorization form and obtain approval from your Human Resources department or Executive Office.  
8. At check-in, eligible hosts, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.  
9. Host Rates and Friends and Family rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form.  

How to book a room at OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels 

1. Bookings can be made no earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date. 
2. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking,  up to 7 discounted room nights per  room are allowed at the EMEE or RELA rates.

4. Hosts may book EMEE or RELA.
5. 직원 없이 여행하는 친구 및 가족은 RELA만 예약할 수 있습니다.
6. If EMEE and RELA rates are not available for your travel dates, the Daily Rate will be offered.
7. Complete the booking on the website and print out a copy of your reservation confirmation.
8. Complete the OUTRIGGER Employee Reservation Authorization form and obtain approval from your Human Resources department or Executive Office.
9. At check-in, eligible hosts, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.
10. EMEE  and RELA rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form. 

*Rules for Host Rates (EMEE)
Hosts and their families may book up to:
- A maximum of 2 rooms and 7 days per stay is allowed
- Available to eligible hosts and their immediate family members (legal spouse/significant other, children/stepchildren of the host, parents, and siblings). Hosts, legal spouse/significant other, children/stepchildren (under age 18) of the host are not eligible to stay at the host's primary location.
- Rates and rooms are based on availability, do not include applicable taxes and fees, and are subject to change without notice

**친구 및 가족 요금 규정(RELA)
Hosts and their families may book up to:
- A maximum of 2 rooms and 7 days per stay is allowed
- Available to extended family and friends (grandparents, in-laws, aunts/uncles, cousins, and friends).
- Rates and rooms are based on availability, do not include applicable taxes and fees, and are subject to change without notice
