How to book a room at Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk®

1. Host rates and Friends & Family rates are available at Embassy Suites – Waikiki Beach Walk
2. If Host rates and Friends & Family rates are not available for your travel dates, the Best Available Rates will be offered.
3. Request forms will be accepted within (45) days of requested check-in date.
4. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking, up to 7 discounted room nights per room are allowed at the Host rates or Friends & Family rates.
5. Use the following booking links:  
   • For OHG Host rates* click here
     (EMEE rates include complimentary access to the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet and two drink tickets per guest at the nightly evening reception)
   • For OHG Friends and Family rates** click here
     (RELA rates include complimentary access to the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet and two drink tickets per guest at the nightly evening reception)

7. Complete the OUTRIGGER Employee Reservation Authorization form and obtain approval from your Human Resources department or Executive Office.  
8. At check-in, eligible hosts, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.  
9. Host Rates and Friends and Family rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form.  

How to book a room at OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels

3. Use the booking tool at the top of this page to enter the appropriate promo code as follows

   - Or enter promo code RELA for Friends & Family Rates** then click Check Availability to continue booking or click here
4. Hosts may book EMEE or RELA.
5. Friends and family traveling without an employee may book RELA only.

*Rules for Host Rates (EMEE)
Hosts and their families may book up to:

**Rules for Friends & Family Rates (RELA)
Hosts and their families may book up to:
