OUTRIGGER Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Price Guarantee for room nights. If you find a lower room rate for the same room type at the same Outrigger hotel for the same stay dates on Outrigger.com or on another U.S.-based website (the “Lower Online Rate”) within 24 hours of booking your reservation we will give you the option to cancel your existing reservation and re-book directly with Outrigger at a rate equal to the Lower Online Rate with an additional 10% discount off of that rate (i.e. your re-booked reservation rate will be equal to 90% of the Lower Online Rate). This OUTRIGGER Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Notifying Us of a Claim. You must submit a claim through our Outrigger Contact Center by calling (888) 200-2714 or sending an e-mail to [email protected] within 24 hours of booking your reservation, to make a claim under the Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our contact center representatives.

Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches. For example, the lower price must be for the same room type at the same Outrigger hotel or condo (in the case of the condominium properties where we operate a rental program, this only applies to the same room type - and only if the offer is for a unit under our rental program management) for the same arrival and departure dates as previously booked through Outrigger.com. The lower price must also be available for purchase on a stand-alone basis through the website (i.e. the room cannot be included as part of a package with any other travel services or activities). OUTRIGGER will make its rate comparison based on the total nightly room rate plus any and all other mandatory charges, including but not limited to taxes and fees.

No Blind Bookings. The Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the property, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.

- 멤버십 프로그램 웹사이트, 기업 할인 또는 요율
- 그룹, 헌장, 보상 프로그램, 인센티브, 회의, 컨벤션, 통합 또는 인터라인 가격
- 경매 또는 이와 유사한 절차를 통해 취득한 가격
- 일반 대중에게 제공되지 않는 쿠폰 또는 기타 프로모션을 사용해야만 사용할 수 있는 가격입니다.

요금비교시 고객님께서 더 낮은 요금을 웹사이트에 전화를 하여 받은 요금이거나 혹은 이메일로 제시받은 요금은 해당되지 않습니다. 또한, 이 요금은 미국 달러로 견적 산출, 예약, 지불된것이어야 합니다.

교통, 렌트카, 항공, 공연 및/또는 식사 등의 교통 편의와 객실 및 기타 부대 시설 사용이 포함된 패키지 요금에서 더 저렴한 가격이 나오기는 어렵습니다.

Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by OUTRIGGER. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our contact center personnel. Nor will we verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

변경 사항. OUTRIGGER는 단독 재량으로 가격 보장을 수정 또는 중단하거나, 언제든지, 이유를 불문하고, 사전 통지나 귀하에 대한 책임 없이 가격 보장의 가용성을 제한할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 예약 시점에 유효한 조건에 따라 가격 보장에 대한 자격이 결정됩니다.

Advanced Payment/Prepaid Bookings. The Price Guarantee shall not apply to any rates posted for or in connection with any resale of any advanced payment, prepaid or no refund bookings. Advanced payment bookings made through Outrigger.com shall under all circumstances remain non-refundable.

No change in the Price Guarantee program will affect any accommodation certificate that has already been issued to you. The failure by OUTRIGGER to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
